Delivering the deep and textured tones that Aguilar bass pedals are known for, the Fuzzistor provides classic silicon transistor distortion. The Fuzzistor allows for complete control over the BLEND of the clean and fuzz sound, where the LEVEL is for gain matching. The FUZZ control sets the amount of fuzz, from subtle to crushing. The TONE is a tilt EQ that changes the harmonic structure of the fuzz from booming to gnarly.

FUNCTIONS

• BLEND: Controls the mix ratio between clean and distorted signals.
  When the knob is set to the 12:00 position, the two signals are mixed at a 50:50 ratio.
  When the BLEND knob is turned counterclockwise the mix ratio favors the clean signal. When this knob is turned clockwise the mix ratio is reversed and favors the distorted signal.
• LEVEL: Controls the overall output level.
• TONE: Controls the tone of the distorted signal.
• FUZZ: Changes the character of the distorted signal. Turning the knob clockwise will intensify the distortion, enriching the harmonic content of the sound.
• ENGAGE: Toggles between on and off. The blue LED indicates that the effect is on.
