The DS11 and DS18 mallets have a unique, bronze core that kicks in for greater projection. The DS10H and DS19Hs are significantly larger to bring out more fundamental. Birch handles.

- A large, heavy mallet emphasizes the dark end of the tonal spectrum.

- Soft
- Medium weight. Dark tone is free of yarn noise and slap. Good for recording or chamber use.

- Hard
- Medium weight designed for maximum cutting power in amplified and acoustic situations.
DS19H
- Hard-Heavy
